Does not procide with growth. One learn by herself or himself making the use of internet. No good communication interms of dead line. No mentors to assist expept for 1 person who was there to assist us and motivate us

Self Starter

I am working as a junior software developer. I work as a back end and front developer. Back end developer it consist of database and API's. I use java as a programming language to develop the API's. I also work as the front end developer. We use angular and ionic framework for user interface. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt how to develop RestFul API I enjoy programming. Most challenges that i face is when i learn a new programming language.

Pros: I am a fast learner.
Cons: I only work 8 hours a day.
