Zara Home Reviews

It was a great learning curve, when it started but unfortunately there are no growth opportunities.

To work at Zara home had its benefits while they lasted, it's a company of 10 employees, where we've shared all we had. Basically everything has just come to an end, because now we work to come to work our dreams relate more with other companies than the one we working for. My relationship with co workers is typically based on having no option but to tolerate it. It seems like they have reached their destination, therefore I cant relate to them. I have learnt problem solving skills, since our environment is customer focused, communication skills, I mostly enjoy interacting with customers, having to outline what's best for me is the most challenge I face in the company, because I dnt like being too comfortable , being in my comfort zone for too long.

Pros: No growth within the company
Cons: Short but abnormal shifts

Good learning curve

Currently I feel overworked and underpaid My coworkers do as they please and they don't help each other with work load Staff morale is very low Working on weekends and public holidays can be a bit tiring takes a lot out of me Managers don't motivate staff but instead they use favouritism at the work place When coming to the salary, its not enough given the current economic climax

Pros: Good opportunity for personal growth
Cons: Working on weekends and public holidays
