A bit dissapointing

When I started at Zapper all was good. Sales was booming team dynamics was perfect. Once most sales were completed, the company's focus on the sales team dropped to almost non existence. The sales team were just left about to do their own thing with no meeting and no targets given which made the Job extremely hard to bare. It seems like once all the Business was brought in they had no more need for Sales Consultants and just simply wish for them to leave one by one. There is no support from Management and the lack of experience from Senior Management is defiantly felt with lack of professionalism through the company. Overall big promises with no following through.

Pros: Good Money when sales for at their prime
Cons: Lake of exsperience and leadership from senior staff
