Excellent learning space

Exciting, innovative, creative, fast-paced stimulating learning environment. A typical day consists of stand ups, meetings, collaborative and individual grinding. We work hard and are required to finish things very quickly. We work in an AGILE environment so things are constantly changing and we need to have a 'spin on the dime' approach to our work and business. My relationship with my co-workers are great, I work with very talented and humble individuals who are an absolute pleasure to work with. Each person brings their own level of skill and unique personality to the table and this is what makes the business so awesome. We are productive and very different it's not always smooth sailing but overall we work exceptionally well together.

Pros: AGILE environment means a great opportunity to learn new things and acquire new expertise
Cons: As it is a start-up there are still many teething pains, the start-up culture itself along with the work ethic is exceptional but the lack of structure can sometimes be unproductive.

More cons than pros

Flexi hours are a plus, however no measurable processes in place - no bonus' or annual increases. Not much potential for growth. High staff turnover.
