Excellent

Working harder with their less rates. No reasonable food allowance. No travelling hours as the passenger. Rate per hour doesn't change when working outside. The relationship with the workers is is very good. I've learnt a lot in this company in a short time because I was almost doing everything while I was new. I enjoy almost everything I'm doing . Being the supervisor for me is very challenging when it comes to workers.

Good for growth,exposure to other spheres of the industry.Long working hours,needs a hardworker and a dedicated person.Needs someoe who is mentally strong
