People build a team

Leaving my previous empower where you were a disposable number, walking into a.place where the employees matter and are treated as such was a huge shock. A culture is instilled in this place that makes one want to do five times more than what is expected of you.

Pros: A place where you can make the client happy instead of the client has to put up with your ultimatums
Cons: Still growing
