Not much room for growth unfortuantely

At Xylem there is little room to grow. High expectations but low rewards unfortunately, a company in the modern day and age needs to look after their employees, however at Xylem that is not the case most of the time. Much of the knowledge and experience gained has been great, the self support and self learning curve is a challenge but also a pro and not a con always. Xylem needs a lot of work on their MRP systems as well as their procedures and the implementation of what they say and want into what they do.

Pros: Lack of opportunity
Cons: Long working hours with no rewards

Dedicated and willing to Learn more

I am dedicated, multitasking person, adaptive, willing to learn more things as I go along. I have always been interested in Sales and with a job in this field I want to improve my knowledge and my skills in this sector

Pros: You have more control over your working hours, You really can earn what you’re worth, You always get to meet new people and Many sales jobs also have reward structures to be earned
Cons: You are always a representative of your company in everything you do, You have to talk to people who don’t always want to talk to you, There may be specific quotas you are required to reach

Looking for new challenging job oppertunities.

I have a great relationship with co-workers and management, I have learnt a great deal of patience and handling of difficult customers while working. I enjoy problem solving and handling situations until they are sorted out. My most challenging aspect is dealing with low stock issues.

Pros: excellent company perks (medical aid, provident, income protection, life policy, petrol, car allowence, cellphone)
Cons: growth within company not available

Self driven, composed and enjoy good challenges

I enjoy simplifying complex issues and understanding how relevant I can be by simply bringing to uniqueness I carry in who I am. I also like to work hard but understanding that working smart achieves much. Honesty to me is a virtue and love working with people in their diversities.
