My day starts with team prospect review as I ensure my employees are motivated to can communicate as well as offer assistance to there clientele with exciting news in the market that could get then active. I then scroll through the crm to look for potential prospects. I then further offer analys the market so that my employees can be fed with tools to offer and up sell there clients. My relationship is organically fresh and friendly with my employees as I coach them to better themselfs. I have worked myself up in ranking as I started from the bottom in the company and worked myself to management. I enjoy the market and associating myself and daily duties in it. However i enjoy the sales environment and the energy and vibration in the industry of financial markets. My challenge is motivating employees that's having a bad sales month however as a coach I go the extra mile and assist where I can. I furthermore wish you to see my resume as it will detail my competencies.

This is an excelllent learning curve

We assist client with setting up their trading platforms, We assist them with training with regard to trading online and financial markets , we assist with activation of their accounts , general enquiries, verification of fica document and submission of the documents , withdrawal of funds from the platform we are group of indivisuals that work together for the teams goal. I have learn a lot with regard to people management skills because on an hourly basis you deal with different client base and the have different mindset and i have to plant the seed on different levels. The challenging part about this vacancy is planting the seed because levels of comprehension is different from one person to the other

Its a perfect environment to learn and grow as an individual

The typical working day starts with a cup of coffee in the kitchen with co-workers, since we sell a trading platform the TV is always on Bloomberg and my PC always on Investing.com, F.X street e.t.c. The co-workers are an energetic bunch with age group from 27 yrs upwards mostly and there is a lot of mutual respect. challenging aspects can be training clients on how to trade especially the ones who cant speak English because Forex terminology is hard to put in vernacular but none the less we make it work.

Pros: Lots to learn from good professionals in this Field
Cons: Working hours are long plus there's what we call " Marathon Days"

Excellent with everything that company does

Happy with everything the company offers and I've learned alot to practice my capabilities and talents. Not to limit myself in whatever i do, always works as a team player also have the independency. The industry requires someone who knows how to work under pressure and the product we were introducing to the public is something that everyone is familiar with, but you have a responsibility to sell it. Having a team and management that encourages you not to give up, push you to do best.

Cons: Product that is new in the country
