Good

Being a sales person need to have a sense of humor. It needs patience, because you deal with different clients everyday. You learn new things everyday. You must know your products. Since working at the salon some of the client have allergies and some are taking medication. I have to explain everything to my client before anything. For example the types of products we have, how they work and on, give advise if necessary have a good communication with your client. I have learnt that you must take care of your clients because loosing one client is like you are loosing ten clients, because they communicate with each other. Buil a good relationship with your clients.

Good team worker

I am a receptionist at Xtls. I do filing,sending reports and handling cash. I also handle all the administration dutoes. I have worked with different people with different personalities. I know how to work independently and in a team environment. I am hard working lady with analytical skills and mind.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Overtime
