my last job as a installer was a nightshift it was a good challenge somehow because I have learnt to plan my hours and finish my work in time. customers were always satisfied if not we would make sure as a company n co-workers to meet their standard they are requiring. as small as we were as workers we were very tight communication was very clear and that gave us a chance to perform well. I enjoyed working nightshift somehow because at times I will first go to school before goin to work. our job was working at heights which was a challenge because I had a phobia of height it made me to overcome that phobia. I have learned to persevere in all situations day-shift and night-shift, I have good work planning and how to deal with customers

Excellent leaning experience

The company is good, my co-workers and I have a good relationship we even go an extra mile for the company of working long hours without overtime just to reach the tagged
