Always willing to expand on new things

mostly we are swamped with work since we have a large number of clientele but we are coping because of unity and respecting our clients. we are like family here we have a good communication with co-workers and that helps us to make our work easier. I have learnt a lot the time I came here I didn't know most of the things like the programme called Publisher but now m getting therein enjoy helping the customers and the satisfaction they have after their work is done we don't argue with customers here. as said we have the large clientele sometimes we end up working over time because of the customers but I have learnt to just calm down and help where I can.

Pros: i wish to grow in the call centre field and other aspects
Cons: working on holdays
