Independent, self motivated, hard working and dedicated.

I'm working as the Helpdesk Administrator, we are 8 in the department. Most important at Helpdesk is a team work. We work 8 hours a day, it is very important to communicate. I have a good communicating with my co-workers. Logging calls (internal and external) escalating calls, customer service, generating service order, customer survey. You need to be a good listener, and be accurate with all the details that has been given by the customer.

Gained experience

Very nice company but still has nepotism cause its favours other ethics group.It doesn't have black people on senior positions, and it spent a lot of money on entertainment than paying employees satisfactory salaries.

Not good in terms of racial and other employees are not team,and the culture is not balance, whites are very dominant.sometimes I enjoys working here, but I need more challenged working environment.

Good sharp curve of knowledge

A typical work day is 5 weekly days, my relationship with my co worker is great, installation, troubleshooting and implementation, time with my coworkers, challenges is when we work as a team leader
