Neutral minded

I am in charge of the invoicing of airline tickets. I deal with people that do not like to listen to instructions. I get in early and get as much done as soon as possible but the extra work is not appreciated. I get along with most people in the office and avoid the overly prejudiced colleagues (as I am Indian, I am referred to as a "Gupta") A typical work day is boring as the work that I do is monotonous. What I enjoy the most is meeting some rather interesting people.

Pros: Nothing much really
Cons: no opportunities for promotion. Favouritism by management. You will get worked out if someone in management doesn't like you

I got exposed to the travel industry

I have learned a lot in terms of learning to deal with different characters from different age groups. I had to learn to be patient. There is a lot of potential to be exposed to the industry and one has learned a lot from this.

Pros: Being exposed to the industry
Cons: No bonuses and No increases
