Good day, I am a good team worker in that my best strength is to obtain the most from everyone within the team environment. I believe that formal education can only enrich a person to a certain degree and the rest is determined by your own make-up. One should have a special natural ability to be able to be a "good" HR person and I have that. Furthermore, I have a passion for what I do and that takes my offering from good to great. Do take the time to see me for an interview to determine all of the above.

Good day, I chose to provide information on my relationship with co-workers in that it pose to be one of my greater assets, and also due to the fact that it forms a very crucial aspect within the world of work and can make or break a department. Although most of my experience was having direct reports into me, I am very much a team-player. I believe that the Manager of any Department is only as strong as the entire team and vice versa. In promoting the team, all members of the team will receive acknowledgment, and the direct results of this is success for the team and for the Company as a whole.
