Learned a lot of things

I was in sales which was good, learned how handle customer telephonicaly and how to handle objections and I also became a trainer 3 months and I learned so much about training stuff

I have developed a good interpersonal communication skills, good telephone manners

I've been with this company for long time so it's like home, I work with people who have different personalities which is interesting cause you'll never know what to expect on a daily basis. There are good and bed days and especially since I'm a receptionist I get different clients, some are happy some are on a bad mood and have complaints and they have made me learn that they don't all get the same quality service and I always need to make sure they get good customer service they deserve. Not having enough work to do throughout the day can be very challenging for me sometimes as I like being busy most of the time.

Pros: It's a great company with young and energetic people
Cons: Working on Saturday without being paid which is not motivating at att
