A typical work day at Xeon starts with allocation of payments received. attend to all emails received the previous day Update age analysis and send to the financial manager Print all invoices received match them with delivery notes and process for payment reconcile accounts deal with customer and supplier queries filing I enjoy working with my co-workers Learnt how to create Purchase requisitions and Purchase Orders

Pros: We learn a lot
Cons: Long working hours

Co workers very nice got along and help full but owner in beginning very nice till things is out of your control or there is problems like drivers having accident then its al your fault and you are trash and he csn find million other workers like you , he treats you like garbadge and complain he tells you its his company and you don't have the right

A good start of with allocations of payments received from customers, processing of invoices calling customers for payment, sort out queries with creditors My relationship with my co-workers are good they are all friendly and easy to work with Challenges are when you are given a task to do and you have to do it without training example a project in the operations department

Pros: pro are that I learned completely new thing my first time working for a logistics company
Cons: no promotion

Excellent learning curve here

A typical workday at my current company starts with reading all my emails,print invoices and statements received attend to queries received Allocate payments received into our account Update age analysis send to financial manager Phone customers for payments due Do Purchase requisitions and P.O`s Do filing process invoices due for payment Send invoices and statements to customers Assist in the legal department I got a good relationship with every body working here I enjoy everything I do here

Pros: no promotion
Cons: yes the hours are long
