Good excellent leaning curve or opportunity

It was excellent leaning curve or opportunity. The relationship between me and my co-workers was excellent. I have learned to work as a team. We used to go out for team building, where we will learn more abt each other.

Pros: Xds is a great company where they allow people to improve them selves. By doing online courses. Where the company will pay for that course.
Cons: Working hours was normally and fairly to all of us. However if you have taken extra lunch hours, it means you need to replace that time

Good learning opportunity.

A previously family based business so slot of nepotism. Not enough training and support available. You must have previous experience when working here. Know what you are doing.

Pros: Good learning opportunity
Cons: No opportunity for growth
