Working at WURTH SA gave me the ability to identify, reach out and establish business with Large Corporations. This includes researching prospect industries, preparation and execution of client relevant presentations.

Pros: Large company footprint.
Cons: Very expensive, not relevant to market pricing for good quality products.

Good Company with a solid track record and employees that have been with the Company for many years.

The Company is a great company to work for in terms of the sales force as the staff members are really looked after in terms of support and benefits. In terms of back office staff members there are no promotional opportunities due to a flat structure and staff members that have been with the company for a long time.

Pros: 5 day work weak, more than the required leave allocation, medical aid benefits, open door policy
Cons: No promotional opportunities, very little opportunity for growth and development, bonus reliant on Company performance
