Wurth South Africa Period: (May 2018 – September 2019) Wurth is a company that supplies a wide range of products to the Cargo, Construction, Metal and Wood-working industries. I was responsible for the company’s website administration. My duties involved the following: - Setting up and designing the back-bone of the companies’ website in terms of variations and sizes for over 6500 products. - Grouping and organizing of 6500 products. - Search optimization through the SEO function to improve website searches for user-friendliness and optimal search timing. - Real time technical troubleshooting for website bugs and issues that arise for customers trying to purchase online. - Creation of tickets to resolve website bugs. - registration and approval of online accounts. - Inbound and out bound sales. - Introducing and Publishing new products to the Wurth SA website and product range. - Creation and set up of website categories and sub-categorization for over 6500 products.

Pros: It is very rewarding having completed the company website set up and design.

To develop large business.

Working at WURTH SA helped me developing the ability to engage, sell and build relationships with large corporations in all their divisions from finance to engineering, to safety and management. The brand itself is very expensive and requires good product and market knowledge, which I am very good at. Compiling and excruciating effective Presentations is a big part of my job and something I also very good at. I have a very good relationship with all my colleagues, from the picker and packer, to top management. I enjoy getting to know a person’s personality because it’s good to understand why they behave certain ways in certain situations instead of taking offense or causing conflict.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth.
Cons: Company required levels like BEE is not in place for large business.

Brilliant sales industry

A typical work day comprises of visiting customers and taking orders doing quotes specifying products for certain applications offering new variations of products and liaising with various parts of management the relationship I have with my coworkers are 100% acceptable friendly and sociable the amount of learning that can be done in the type of industry I am in is 1 to a million due to the various areas of business we deal with there is plenty to learn every minute of every day the best part of my job is dealing with various customers with various applications the most challenging part of being a customer service consultant is cold calling and canvassing your area for new business which always turns out to be a positive

I am a guy who is self-motivated, honest, dedicated to his work, positive enthusiasm, good leadership skills, good problem solving ability, good organizing skills, good relationship building and networking skills, good performance and focus, good communication and a hard worker

Good company to work for. Nice colleagues.

Good Company to work for, they work well together as a team. Very structured company, very professional company to work for.Managent isn't isnt fair as they have their favourites and if you not one of them they will continuously pick on you even if you two minutes late.

Pros: Great co workers , nice armosphere
Cons: Management is unfair , depends on who you are.
