I come to work before time to prepare my work

I come to work before time to prepare my work and plan my work day so that I well be effective. I love to work with people to help them and staff. I have learn that people are deferent and they behavior deferent because of individual deferences so you have to able to deal with that. I enjoy to do office when all resource are available.

Pros: I would love to be promoted.
Cons: 8 hours per day for permanent employees

I completed my matric now i am currentlystudying travel and tourism N4

A typical work day starts at 08:00 in the morning i sign in at 07:45. Than co-works arrive then the seniours go to their offices i them what do they need me to do for them then i do it. Lunch is at 12:00 me and my co-works go to the caffiteria to buy food eat then go back at 13:00 till 16:00 then i go home.

Pros: I'm willing to apply for a premotion because i will have the experince by then
Cons: 08:00 to 16:00

Excellent at learning curve

Competent in everything I do. I specialise with knowledge in everything I do. I like to work as a team and also on my own. I have obtained National Higher Certificate in accountancy 2017 in Walter Sisulu University. I am currently completing my ND: Internal Auditing this year 2018.

Excellent Presentation Skills

Being A Tutor gave me back myself confidence and and polished my presentation skills as well as deepens my knowledge in Auditing and Accounting. i has given me the exposure on how to handle the work load and work pressure and i has shown me that respecting other peoples job is the most paramount

I am a fast learn who able to work as individual and in a group.

i ma a hard work who want to comp-lit his work within normal working hours. i enjoy to work with people because i love people. in the working environment i have learn that you have to be emotional matured, don't react in a situation.

My Job Review

I work in Deputy Director's Office as HRBP Administration. I handle the day to day HR Administration and oversee HR Benefits. I work well with coworkers and learned great deal on team work and how this works. I have learned to trust a team member to accomplish a task on right time effectively. I love Challenging work environment with tight deadlines, i enjoy the pressured environment. The challenging part of my job is Dealing with different faculty deans and heads that wont cascade reports down to subordinates. Having to deal with unit heads that wont monitor ensuring that their subordinates implement the information learned or use the skills learned on our HR programs even when you advise on a step by step process.

Pros: Around my comfortable space, home
Cons: cant grow any more

Limited growth

Been doing the same job for all the listed above number of years. Not really practizing my electrical engineering field but construction project msnagement related mostly.

Good learning curve

From 2019 till 2021 I worked at wsu volunteering and that was my choice, most of all I did enjoy working there because I knew I will get the experience.
