Started here as an intern,then given more projects and responsiblities.which was good for my career

day to day hardware support and software support,imaging of machine roll out new machine quarterly -team effort plays big role -you learn human behaviour and compassion in this line of work -I enjoy interaction with people from different cultures and beliefs -the most difficult aspect of this job is trying to understand people but it also bring joy when a task is completed 100%

Pros: excellent staff,the working enviroment is great
Cons: long hours(I do not mind I am used to it now)

My typical day, always deviates from the plan. There are constant fires to be put out and that's the challenge. I have learnt a lot about how the Government Operates and the processes. The high point is knowing that what i do makes a difference.

Pros: Secure, stable job
Cons: No room for growth
