Some of my experiences include the following: • Controlling and maintaining the laboratory quality system • Preparation of laboratory samples Operating and calibrating of instruments • Adhere to SHEQ policy • Water analysis (total hardness, Ca hardness, Chlorides, fluoride, and Sulphate) in water. • Trouble-shooting • Report and evaluation of results. • Maintaining current method to retain ISO 17025 accreditation. • Method development and validation. • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025,9001,14001 and OHSAS 18001 • I have the knowledge to execute proper protocols in the event of an accident or emergency( First Aider

Indeed it was a learning curve

Indeed it was a learning curve working closely to management and lending a hand when required for my skills of I empowered myself and also by the company challenges was working for a family company should you have misunderstanding with one then you turn to be a blackship of the family but tanacity brings success working relationship was the best between my colleagues even though there were somedays were we disagreed we always came to a compromise. experiegnce in hiing

Pros: Opportunity for promotion and skills development
Cons: Between skills development and long working hours put strain in family but at the end managed to work through it
