Account Manager

Good day, I possess a certificate in project management and is currently working as an Account Manager at WOW E ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE SOLUTIONS. Through my experience, I have come to enjoy adding values to my work by focusing on time, cost and quality management. My duties in Account Management involved me being a liaising person between the client and programme participants. As an Account Manager willing to learn more, I would be able to bring my strong organizational skills and my communication abilities to your organization. Daily task

I enjoy interacting with my customers daily on the phone I thrive at problem solving and always try to work out the best resolution I have learnt good leadership skills and also learnt allot on Excel. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers workers I'm always available to assist within another departments where assistance is needed. I am able to adjust to change. The deadlines that have to be met daily which is achievable.

Pros: To be rewarded and acknowledged randomly
Cons: Only sometimes requested to work overtime but this is not an issue
