Excellent learning curve

I've been with the company for 5 years. I have an excellent relationship with my colleagues . I have leanered alot in the company as wen i started there i had no experience. I love my job because it feels like home and we like a family but the salary that im earning makes me unhappy

THE WORK ENVIRONMENT WAS GOOD

I had a good relationship with other employees,what I learnt is to stand on my own and push for productivity without anybody behind me,and making decisions by myself that benefited the company was the most important things that made me enjoy my work,I didn't have a lot of challenges and I think that's because I'm a fast learner so I didn't struggle to fit in.

Pros: There's great opportunity of promotion
Cons: 12 hours a day
