Great learning curve
Company is large and there's room for growth. However their times are not stable and relevant. It's quite challenging. The amount of pressure and work load is challenging to the employee's advantage. Such work background is only an advantage for the next company any candidate from Wsb is an asset when it comes to accuracy, pressure, determination and punctuality. It's a company full of love and feels like a family.

Worth the move
Company is very caring towards employees. Industry is unique as it pertains toonline betting and face to face interactions. I run daily reports on chats and calls and emails. Weekly reviews Weekly one on one sessions with employees Shift roster is done weekly. Disciplinary tasks Security online in line of fica documents Dealing daily with clients and complaints

Interacting with different people everyday,learning basic skills like patience
You meet different types of people, making you learning how to interact when a type of person comes to you,you need to have patience and be kind at all times. What I don’t like is the salary and the working hours because we need to come in even on sundays and time with family is very limited. A typical day includes placing bets for people and playing lotto for them. My co-workers ate okay we have learnt to respect and treat each other like family.

Excellent communication skill
Excellent communication skills as i am dealing with customers on a daily basis, am assisting customers with verbally and written bets.i have a good realationship with my co-workers as our job needs team work as we deal on meeting the deadline,i have learned to communicate effectively, am a problem solver,i know how make a customer happy and am always willing to help.i enjoy mostly dealing with customers since am a talkative person. My challenge at the moment is to deal with customers who doesn't obey rules and have keep them happy at all time.

Working hours are manageable But have to deal with difficult customers daily We have a great team This job has taught me to be patient with myself and others But I do feel like the company has to show us a little more appreciation though

I am a bread winner at home this job does help me a lot
Since I started work at WSB I have learned quite a lot about myself about customer service and also how things work in a workplace e.g professionalism and accountability the importance of ethical behaviour, honesty and also the ability to work as a team. We work with money and customers that wager their bets with the company sometimes it's challenging when you face difficult customers because in some instances they would threatened you but I've learned to deal with all of that and I can confidently say that I wake up every morning looking forward to going to work.

Good company, but think under pay for skills
Company is decent in the mannerisms in which they treat staff Senior staff are treated with more respect than other staff and have more perks as well I have learned much on my own here, but have learned that people react differently to stressful situations

Customer satification
My work style is extremely flexible – working on so many different projects requires me to be adaptive. In general, I try to work on one project at a time, working as quickly but efficiently as possible to achieve the highest results. All of my projects require collaboration, so I use the team environment to check for errors. I am a perfectionist and a driven worker, and I think my clear communication skills allow me to bring out the best in any team, in any project.
