Passion,dedicated in what you need to do daily

Love working with staff and teach them to be the best in what they need to do on a daily basis. People need to know each others work as when a person is off duty the work still need to go on and in retail sector everybody need to do each others job. Like to motivate team and let them feel at home in the work environment.

Pros: Love working with people
Cons: Working over weekends

Great place to build a career and learn.

Very well focused on customer service, great training in your department as well as other departments. Very busy with high standards of merchandising and cleanliness. The challenging part was dealing with the politics in the work place so to steer clear of that is to not build close relationships with your colleagues and keep it only business related.

Pros: Good salary and some get benefits of medical aid and all get pension
Cons: Working centre hours, incl. Public holidays and weekends. Overtime is only paid if and when one is requested to work overtime. Any other overtime is free labour for the company
