I'm willing to learn new things along the line of my career and value health and safety.

I enjoy seeing people learn and grow within the company. I communicate well, motivate and supervise people using all the skills I gained in and outside the working world. I have gained a vast knowledge in running the plant and work very well with the various departments within the company. I am able to work under pressure and abnormal hours to achieve the target and reach the deadline. I practice health and safety as my number one priority. I can easily adapt to any industry I come across with, my skills attained and education gained from tertiary institution and the previous work places. I practice professionalism and panctuality in everything I do.

Pros: I have been in the production field, as a supervisor for more than 10yrs now
Cons: I am flexible in working shifts and on standby as I am used in working the abnormal hours for more than 14 years now.
