Have gained great experience in the Recruiting sector
A typical workday for me would be to plan my day that involves meetings with clients, colleagues. Recruitment is also part of my daily work and assessing processes and systems to ensure effective performance, elimination of waste, rework, etc. I work very well with my colleagues and have a thing for meeting new people, therefore I thrive on having to meet new clients and people. Without wanting to sound like I'm bragging or boasting, but I have had only two major indifferences with colleagues over the past 20+ years. I normally get along with my colleagues fairly well. The one good thing that I have learnt at Workforce is how to deal with huge crowds. My most challenging aspect of my job is non-compliance. It causes excessive re-work and waste (time), fixing and firefighting. On-the-job coaching is also very rare to improve performance, and although you recommend solutions to other divisions, very few process owners are willing to take ownership. I thoroughly enjoy recruiting and training.

Excellent learning curve
hi mu name is tovhowani anna mashige , im 33 yrs of age , i have worked at workforce group for 5 yrs as a receipting clerk and in those years i got a promotion as a senior receipting clerk, i have experience on admin and office work and as a senior clerk i also train new staff on this department , i do allocations for a group and filing.we also deals with clients on a daily bases , where we insure that there accounts are paid on time and to request the remittance for the deposit paid buy our clients. and the necessary reports has to be sent to managers on a weekly bases.
