Excellent Learning Curve

Workforce Healthcare is a really nice organization to work in with reference to company culture and ethos. Everyday is an opportunity to learn something new. I have been to many new places and interacted with lots of new people during my time with Workforce Healthcare. I have learnt to be adaptable (it is key), I have also worn many hats being a jack of all trades in the company. I enjoy being challenged and pushed out of my comfort zone. Travelling definitely is by far the best part of job. The most challenging aspects I would say is the lack of communication between Departments. Access to resources is also an issue.

Great opportunities

The opportunity I've been given to work at the company has been great and insightful. The people are welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to offer great services to clients. It is always difficult to get a case that you haven't worked with before, but the staff is really helpful and provide insightful guidance in order to assist.

Pros: There is a vast array of resources available at your disposal
Cons: Long siiting hours

Great company to work alongside

A very controlled environment involving a number of reporting structures weekly and monthly. Very data rich by way of client reporting and reporting to superiors on acrions within sales and marketing functions. Always busy and always a task at hand. a client facing, client focused company driven by expectation and goals to expand and provide much needed services across the country

Pros: Great working within a large network of established companies, variety within the group
Cons: Excessive reporting structures
