Good learning

I like to work as a team with my coworkers and where views each other so to take good descitions During my service in the company iam now i learnt how to treat other people acording to their designation and to respect them all as equal I like to do every thing in time to avoid last minutes panics I feel like iiam not welcomed at work if we are not working as team, that the only thing that is very challenging me

Pros: great opportinity to work for the company and to be promoted
Cons: working long hour is not a problem at all

Grade 11, call center certificate

I got good communication with my colleagues we help each other so that our branch will be in good books, I did learn to listern to people and always to double check the work all the time before submitting. I did enjoy working close to my supervisor and manager because I always learn new things in then and see the challenges that we face in the company. The. Challenging thing was to making sure that the clock number its correct because mistakes happened all the time.

Good learning

Excellent in challenging

I have completed my Bachelor degree in Public Administration in 2014; the nature of my degree course has prepared me to be able to handle almost any queries that come with statutory frameworks/government Policies, Human Resource Management Polices in general and Public Administration and related policies and its management at a professional level. It involved a great deal of team work, requiring initiative, self-motivation, confidence and a wide range of skills. I always put emphasis on meeting deadlines and I am able to upholding confidentially in the work environment, which makes me uniquely for the Office Administration. I am user-oriented, pro-active, flexible, innovative, detailed person, interactive and delivery-driven. I complete tasks with energy and passion.

ENEGETIC,HONEST,RELIABLE ,HARD WORKING AND LOYAL

Managing staff headcounts +- 190 employees,issuing leave,warnings,controlling uniform,administration.checking attendance register,capturing hours manually,communicating with the client and team leaders.

Technically gifted, eager to learn, never give up attitude.

i moved to Stellenbosch last year after been promoted to IT Regional Support Tech Level 3rd. I love working with different people and traveling within Boland Region to perform tasks, troubleshoot and do desktop support, i enjoy challenges and i love to investigate and analyse data and conclude reports. I enjoy helping Junior Technicians and i like working with Team nationwide as we can tackle issues remotely. I have learnt alot from others as they have learnt from me i like sharing knowledge which help us a lot as most of us can work without a supervision. The challenge that i face is when my clients don't plan projects in advance which causes conflict of interest but i'm always ready to push extra hours to cover all deadlines.

Pros: i have been promoted three times since started working for Workforce in 2015
Cons: i'm open to work over time

Utilizing my goal

I take every challenge as a learning curve, utilize my goals and turn them into skills therefore I'm looking for a position where I could broaden my knowledge and play a significant role in it. i believe in respecting each other and a woking together as a team. i enjoy what i am doing, i learned fast everything about receipting. The most challenge i have ever meet, was to work on other book that was complicated, but i still managed to make the book look much better though it took many months.

Pros: They really give people opportunity to learn without any experience

Excellent working curve

We do daily delivery every day but sometimes we work inside the company to do despatch assistant,stock control, packing,picking,prepare stock to the customers during the collection time and we make sure everyone in the morning go an collection invoices,papers of the daily collection but the supervisor he fails to manage things because sometimes he helps with the assistant supervisor.
