Strong admin skills, computer literate, communication with employees and management.

Typical work day from 8 to 4:30 pm, capturing documents and updating information on the system, outsourcing candidates, filing and answering the telephone when necessary. I work well both individually and as a team within strategies, plans and anything involving the business and sourcing suitable candidates. I learn that not everyday will be the same, to be open new challenges and willing to learn. I enjoy being productive and engaging with the director on feedback to improving the service. Not a lot of challenges, except when I have to go pitch in companies where maybe one of our candidates did not pitch for whatever reason, but mainly in administration which in turn helps me learn more about how other companies operate.

Pros: Exploring possibilities within and outside the company.
Cons: Less salary
