Learng how to communicate with clients

I have a good relationship with my coworkers and also learnt how to deal with clients especially the hard ones, I enjoy capturing and assisting my clients, I really love working with people. I always meet challenging but I make sure that I handle them professional and I always make sure that I'm calm. I always make sure that I complete my duties before the end of the day like reps work capturing their work every day and also making sure that my clients are happy. I even work overtime to make sure that everything is in order I don't want incomplete work my job taught me so many things how to capture, answering clients calls, the way I can handle clients, commucating with my coworkers for example solving problems together listening to each other.

Pros: I always work hard, I want to grow
Cons: I usually work long hours

The company gave me an opportunity to grow and develop my skills .

I work very well with my colleagues and work well under pressure ,it gets hectic some days and it requires that i put in extra afford, were we have holidays we get alot of work because then our work get behind therefore im required to work extra hours ,Ive learned that doing my work makes clients happy and the company gets business and a good work from client,what i enjoy most about my work is that i help people who have lost their loved once .

Pros: Im willing to learn and explore with your company im ,hard working and put inn extra efford.
Cons: Im willing to work ,extra working hours .

Teachable moments

ce The work place was very friendly and had as a lot of moments where a leader is needed and i always enjoyed stepping up as it gave me a chance to show my abilities and test myself to solve the issues. I enjoy a work place that allows us to use more of our skills then which restricts creativity because of old ways of doing things. I would ger to my desk and login and open my phone to allow calls to come In and do my tasks for the day and during lunch id get a chance to ask my seniors questions about the place and how to improve it or would have a conversation about general topics or life.

Pros: Great place to get a experience
Cons: office culture restrictive and takes long before changes are made as only senor management makes decisions

Learning curve

I worked well in that company, even colleagues are very friendly people. I have learned a lot, I had a great relationship with them. A typical work day it was just normal, sometimes with it's upside downs. Mostly I enjoyed when we worked as a team. The most challenging aspect of the job is that you need to reach 100 before leaving the company.

Cons: Long hours

Excellent learning curve (Internship from 2017)

A typical day at work is when one receives calls or tickets on the Os Ticket system to assist whether remotely or physically to resolve whatever issue raised. We support internal as well as external staff. starting from hardware, software as well as networking problems. The relationship I have with my co-workers has been not only great but fruitful as well as they have taught me so much from IT to call center as well admin. Everything I know relating to IT I learn from this job starting from AD, Group policy, 3cx and etc The most challenging aspect of my job there are new problems every day, so you need to keep up with the latest features.

Pros: I have been retained even after my contract ended
Cons: Im still an Intern and as much as I love my job, I still need to grow.

Excellent experience

Good working environment well furnished and air conditioning all resources need that enable the office to be user friendly and security is safety and the relationship with co-workers are good, I 've gain extensive experience over the years in administration. the most enjoyable memories is whereby if the company as gain proof will be having a convention conference and will be recognized for job well done. the most challenge aspects is whereby there is no decision taken from the senior/ directors to assist the client at that point in time... this will pend until the board decided ..

Good learning experience

typical day at work. I make my plan of where to work and how to work or how to get there as long as my daily target met am happy. I enjoy what I do it is a different thing everyday, you meet new people new challenges new ideas. it also works well when we go as a team with my my co-worker to the sights as it put together all our different strong qualities in getting our job done fast and effectively. I have learnt that at times you need support of your co-workers in sales and you definitely have to see people/clients everyday in oder to meet up with your targets. the most challenging part of the job is the traveling when your car is broken our don't have at all.

Pros: great opportunity of making commission
Cons: no promotion what so ever
