Workers life has got a friendly working environment, I am also having a good relationship with my co-workers, i learnt to work as a team during road shows as to work indepently as I am running the branch in Worcester alone, what i enjoy the most is to my clients happy. Handling agry clients and to report unsuccesful applications.

Working in my company is very challenging, working with clients on a daily basis but I have grown, I feel like I needed those challenges. In my company we dealing with Insurance, funeral, legal and life covers. So it really frustrate if a client is not happy, but through training that we attend as employees, trainings like "treating customers fairly' it really helped me. I don't believe in pointing fingers if there is something wrong, its a waste of time, I believe in coming up with a solution and fix that problem. If a client is happy, I am more than ha
