At work we meet friends n family so am a person who like to work as a team so it was simple for to fit in.am a person who respect my job and colliques and i enjoy challenging job becouse am willing to learn everyday

Pros: i would ike to grow wt the company n being promoted throught my hard work
Cons: i love working extra hours and overtime when is required

Quality and accuracy of work

I've learned so much at Woolworths especially before we start our daily task we start by attending a meeting to review what and how we did the previous task and look at obligations that might be obstructing our operation. what is important about Woolworths employees is that we have been given platform for share our ideas to management and see how to engage a daily basis task.

Pros: recognize the stuff
Cons: rewards the employees
