When I first won my first award at work.....
Good day I wish to be considered for the above-mentioned positions and enclose my resume as a first step in exploring this possibility. I have been exposed to additional responsibilities and have been able to equip myself with additional skills to operate effectively. I acquired skills to be decisive, innovative and to use initiative. I have extensive experience and a fair understanding of working with diverse people and the cascading of administrative tasks. My working exposure and on-the-job training has equipped me and enhanced me as an individual to work effectively in challenging conditions where drive and commitment can be used to produce results.
Pros: It's wonderful place to work at ....the culture is so great that you wilouldnt want to leave, you are changed from one job to other on the daily basis so you are bein challenged every day
Cons: Shifts that is one thing I really don't like and will change in my work in the future....

Growth and Development
I have learned a lot working for Woolworths Financial Services as a Product Manager, I have always been in Marekting and working in my currect position helped me tremedeously with my growth and development. I am expected to run the portfolio as my own business, it gives me a rounded view of the business and also allows me to engage with different stakeholders within the business.

in depth understanding of routine office duties.
As my CV and references will indicate, I have previous experience of Debtors collection work, Finance Clark, Fraud investigator and possess an in depth understanding of routine office duties. I have excellent skills (Word, Excel and MS Office), am well organized, have reception work experience and hold a NQF level 5 in Technical Financial Accounting Diploma. I believe that my skills, ability and attitude would make me an ideal candidate for your vacancy. Learning is part of life and growth
Woolwoths financial services is a good company to work. There are lot of opportunities for growth.I have learned lot of things such as team work,integrity and innovation. I also learn how to treat other people from different background. .I had a good relationship with my cor workers and my managers.what I've enjoyed the most isuccessful when we do our team building and being recognised when you have reach your targets. It is a very challenging job because your have to reach your targets every month.
Pros: There is more room to grow.the recruitment team does work hard to hire the best of the best employees

Learning how to deal with angry clients
It is nice to here but I'm willing to gain more experience I'm currently working with a team that likes to communicate and collaborate with others. I've learnt how to work with a team. The most challenging times is when the audit is not balancing we must work under pressure.

Excellent team worker and good customer service
I have learned how to work with different people and how to deal with customers. There other thing that I was doing I was assisting on team leader if the team leader is not available. I really enjoyed working in that environment, people were friendly and supportive, the other thing I have learned is to work with different characters different behaviors, as a team leader you must understand them. The most challenging time was when we were changing the systems, were very busy working under pressure but because of the team work we survived.

Excellent
Some days are better than others but it's mostly productive and energy filled days we have as a team and all surrounding departments with warm and welcoming management. You learn to be able to participate as both an individual and a team player and the most amazing part is the energy driving campaigns hosted monthly. Like any other business there are challenges such as target and constant changes required by the business to adapt and adjust to.

Bad Feedback easily grows legs
I believe Woolworths Financial Services is the biggest retail banking organisation in Africa. we strive ourselves on excellent service and putting our customers first. I have learnt that excellent service is the cheapest and most efficient way of marketing. On a daily basis we strive ourselves on living the brand values and it shows through the loyalty of our customers. i believe i have a great relationship with fellow co-workers as networking and stakeholder management is the most important function of my daily duties. We are a proud and confident organisation and live by the values of: quality & Style Accountability Integrity Innovation Sustainability
