Duties
-Ensure that all Supplier and Trunking intake are reconciled and filed for future references purpose. -Maintain good relationship with all customers and Stake Holders in line with SLA to achieve Operational Excelence eg: Foods, Transport, Trunking, Stores Cross docking, Clothing and Home & Equipment Centre. -Ensuring daily Reports of unresolved incidents are inline with SLA between Helpdesk and Admin& Finance Department. - Display a high perfomance culture by providing feedback, guidance, support and continuous improvement mindset. - Verify supplier purchase order(PO) with Helpdesk and Planning Administrator. -Schedule appointments with Supplier accordingly to confirmed PO's and ensure that appointment schedule details are accurate and correct.
Pros: Our company is recognised as a Registered PrivateCollege , so we are happy to have ,that because we study within it. on the other hand there is Abet for the old collegues who did not have a chance to go to school.
Cons: The challenge that I encounter with my job is meeting deadlines everday.

honestly!, at work, people are not energetic on Mondays but, I am. my Mondays are on Thursdays, and any other day is the same as another one, and Peak working hours, put me under pressure and stannous but I always pull through. I've always kept a good relationship with my co-workers. because they can help reference, whether you have a good and professional work Ethics. what I enjoy most is, making sure that anyone who needs help from me, is always Satisfied. From the three previous company I've leant what's based on the company, what's sometimes challenging is Peak working hours .
Pros: being promotion, to another dipartment, wich will lead to better Benefits in the process. and making,or paving a way for others to follow

Excellent learning curve
I am working as general worker, my key responsibilities are quite numbers its include the followings, to facilitate the meeting when the FLM is not available, ensure that picking process are well complied, dispatch product, assist in picking and parking if necessary and record picking performance at the end of the shift and send report to First Line Manager. The challenges that we had as lower management its seems as opportunities to take decisions for the business operation were very slimy, however my relationship with co-workers is excellent we share every things concerning the business operation on how are we going to achieve our given SCORECARD. Thing that i enjoy most is recognition of the team members who provide the excellent performance in which motive them to consistency improve their performance on daily basis. What i had learned so far is professionalism based on how the business operate and the possible ways(innovation) to maximize the profits of the business . Thank you.
Pros: Theres equal opportunities for promotion based only if you qualify for that particular position, However they also provide free training and bursaries for those who is willing to learn further.
Cons: 10 Hours per day.

I was sewing at Caroline fashion enterprise for one year .I'm fast learner and I'm willing to work under pressure .lm from rural area I can make changes in the company to have many customers than before. I can work for extra time if it's necessary

It has given me greate opportunities and exrience working for such a big company.
.It has given me greate opportunities and exrience working for such a big company, hence my leadership skills are on a high level.Relationship and trust building are the most tools to use in order to build a strong team for success within the entire business unit. Being a leader does not mean you know everything, hence you as a leader must encourage your team to bring their opinions and ideas to the fore for everyone including myself as leader to laern. Having everyone within your team to work together and move towards the right direction can easily help the team succeed in reaching their goals and targets. As Outbound Managers we are carrying a lot of pressure as the entire bussiness unit is being mesured by our perfomance and output for success.
Pros: Great learning opportunities for growth and development.
Cons: Everyone is eager to grow and that means you alway have to prove yourself for readyness and up your game.

Low salary is a challenge
my current job is a flexible job and requires an individual to be multi skilled. my company has given me a chance to educate myself and I have also built a strong relationship with my colleagues. the most challenging aspect about my job is the low salary considering that I am multi skilled worker

Great opportunities to learn new things
Iam a hard worker, a team player, social to everyone. Innovative also willing to learn new things and adapt to change. What i don't like about where i work currently is the working environment it is a coldchain, it is very cold.

Excellent Opertunity
To whom it may concern We at woolworths pride myself on my people and communication skills. I handle up five disciplines, as in various departments of the business where the staff complement is over 100 employees in total. I find exciting, why because every is learning curve and changes by the minute. I have to involved with Suppliers, Share Holders, internal and external customers. I deal with local and internationals daily. I have meeting on production, social , community, HR, H&S and contracts on daily basis with the relevant parties. My duties
-To check GRN's vs Invoices if they correspond - Resolve queries from our Suppliers -I work hand in hand with my collegues because of effective communication -We live by our Company's values, like treating each other with respect,intergrity ,values and many more. - I enjoy challenges and to be given tasks.The most chalenges of my job is meeting my deadlines. -Sometimes I even forget to take a break for lunch because of the workload.
Pros: I have an advantage of working in a company that have an ABET classes, which helps some of us to upskill our English and Maths Literacy, for Adults who have'nt got a chance to go to school.
Cons: We don't get incentives when you gone extra mile by looking outside the box to improve to achieve your tasks.
