Good training

Working at woolies has been a great experience for me. The stuff is always friendly and welcoming. The grooming of being professional to deliver a hundred and above service is very effective and makes you ready to tackle any company. I have learned that you can make a difference by just smiling and making sure that customers exit the premises satisfied... Wich makes it all simple. Fussy customers are always a challenge but never run away from them.... I really enjoy that we help each other and do a thing called buddy system where help is needed and we have career developments as im being trained for administration so that's awesome.

Pros: Yes great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Benefits, medical aid etc...

Good training

Learining carve

based on the years I had with Woolworth the aim has always to deliver exceptional customer service ….which at the heart of the business.it came with its typical days as sometimes we had to always ensure that customer needs are met...… the relationship with co-workers has always being great as everyone knew what and what is needed from him/her I have learnt the level of business-demonstrates product knowledge. i have learnt about self value in the business not only about the business but if the worker is happy the customer will always come back i enjoyed the area,the business its self....it was more of a home. the most challenging aspects of the job was at times planning at times the organinging of contingency plans.....as it helped in terms of to aviod potential problems

Learning curve

I'm self motivated adjust easy to new environment always willing to assist others work at Morvest as a data capture enjoyed working with people from different cultures until my contract ended Then work for Woolworths at customer service where I learned lots of financial services things it was a good experience working for a big company

Im a contract employeer

Hi, Typical day would be me coming in to work, after greeting all colleagues, I would then proceed to log in to Emails and start planning out my day. Scheduling meetings, planned discussions and More. I've got a good relationship with Co-workers, I've increased awareness and incident management steps for future use and structure to the current processes used. It was not easy getting along with the new staff at first because of the change in support and processes put in place by myself as part of the continual service improvements plans I've had, many staff does not always have the ITIL/Knowledge to understand Service flow but i believe the awareness and setting expectations around the factor does have a big impact and role to how the staff operates and schedule their daily activities regarding Incidents Managed. I enjoy my job/working with staff/teams as the engagement can be very innovative and fruitful to gaining growth and knowledge. Regards,

Excellent leaner

eorking with people was my dream from growing up but now since i’ve been in the bisiness it has some challenges that grows a person up coz you need to be patient and ready to tag all those challenges in a business manner. Some days are hard and stressful and mind taking as a person I learnt that relate those hard days as growing up and experiencing coz of you don’t do that that’s where you get lost in hard days. My work is an inspiring job it get the best of me and am enjoying every moment of it but sometimes it can become my worst times. Working with people can be a bad aspect coz their attitude my bring you down in a second and you might find working as building the world.

Pros: You get to know the product knowledge and know what you sell.

Working as scanner

Working for shoprite in brakenfell, well I start working to offload the trucks for 2 months and then I got promoted then I start working as a scanner where we were sale the products to distribute then to the malls and centres
