Outstanding learning adventure

Working for a large company such as Wonga Finance SA was an extra ordinary experience for me as it was my first job within the HR Industry. Being part of a moving and fast paced organisation was absolutely amazing. There was no typical work day at Wonga, over there a work day equals to an extremely busy day. What I enjoyed the most is that I got to do many things rather than just focus on one aspect within the HR field. My major highlight is the fact I worked very close with the HR Generalist as well as the Head of HR. It is where I learnt how to build and maintain healthy relationships, where I learnt to put people first. It is also where I learnt how to become the best version of myself and learned to own what I do. HR is my passion, helping people and improving the systems of an organisation has also become my passion.

Excellent career growth

Wobga was a great company for personal career growth, I learned a lot in the accounting and booking field while studying. Co workers and environment is great, I enjoyed the family day outings.the challenging part was to do work of 3 people as we were under stuffed but the challenge was good as I learned a lot.
