Great learning curve

A normal would be when dealing with technical queries and then there are days where by we experience an outage in the areas especially with bad stormy weather then our lines become busy. I work very well with the people in my department and my team mates,have become more like family. When dealing with people you deal with different personalities meaning you would have to adapt to that environment. I enjoy working with people,enjoy assisting the customers and having to put my self in their shoes especially when a customer is left satisfied. The most challenging part about my job is when you don't have any solution and the customer is already irate and has been calling in and been given reference numbers and you can see that nobody has attended to their query,that becomes frustrating

Pros: great opportunity to learn more
Cons: shifts and having to work over weekends
