WNS Global Services SA Reviews

An opportunity to be ready for the next journey

Working for WNS Global Services has been truly amazing, in terms of the day to day duties. A lot of things that one could never imagine would learn in their working experience.. Working for this company, pushes you to be a team player whether you like it or not BUT no one forces you to become. In my Line of Business, we are blessed to have unintentionally team members who are always willing and eager to go an extra mile. But in true essence apart from our mentality and attitude, the company failed to keep promises made to the employees and does not look out for/care for our well being i.e no benefits (medical aid, provident/pension fund). I work with different and difficult cases, complaints and have to deal with irate customers. And I enjoy that challenge, nothing pleases me than a satisfied irate customer.

Pros: Experience and exposure.
Cons: Abnormal shifts, no benefits and no personal development plans.

Good

The company is not that bad , However the working hours are quite long and it isnt ideal for a mother of a toddler that is 3yrs of age this was a challenge for me to overcome and i started to get use to it . I work late at night till 10pm and get home after 11pm . The perks however of the job has taught me alot , because i have been a mentor for the new joinees that started with the company i also used to be a stand in for my manager when ever she was on leave. My relationship with my Co-workers are great because we more like family due to spending most of our time at work .

Pros: medical aid
Cons: long working hours and i am a parent
