I get calls from customer who has a problem with the internet connection and I do my trouble shooting if could not find the problem then I log a fault however my aim is to make sure that each an every customer is being assisted accordingly , I enjoy working as a team as it help one to learn more from others and I have learned so much on how to configure the ADSL router and help customer connect to the internet without having technician to come out there are challenges specially when talking to someone who does not understand on how the internet works and I have learnt to be more patient with customer and give good customer service

Greener pastures
I am hardworking young lady, willing to learn new skills given an opportunity. I currently work as a senior consultant at Bytes people solutions. My main duty is to renew customers contracts with us and retain those who no longer want to be part of us.

How to become the best agent in the company by putting all your effort within.
I am good with people as am currently working in a call center as a billing agent ass numerous diversity people. Making sure that I listen carefully and willing to assist and solve the problem. I enjoy sharing my best ideas to others and make sure that they come for more advice. I have huge relationship with my co-workers as a result its hard for them to finish the day without me as I make their day shorter with my carriage stories. What most frustrate me its when I do not meet customer expectations and not meeting the company KPIs.
Pros: I receive points and motivation within the company for my hard working
Cons: I am an hard worker that is always at work on time willing to work extra hours for the company overtime before my shift start,forfeit breaks and work overtime for the extra hours after my shift ends,I am working weekends for overtime almost 7days a week for 31days.

I matriculated in 2012, In 2013 i studied National Certificate in Human Resource management, the following year (2014), i did a one Month inservice training at Department of agriculture and environmental affairs, following to that i worked at Ignition Call Centre, WNS GLOBAL SERVICE (PTY) LTD. where i become the TOP RETENTIONS AGENT.

Learning curve
It is a very big contact center a great place for young,dynamic and ambitious person like me to work at. Working for the company has given me enough experience of customer related experience, I have clear understanding of how to.deal with customers on regular basis and I have found working with them great for I have made great friends and have made great memories.

Understanding of the work l am doing
You get to work with people some inpatient and who might have had a bad day but as a call centre agent you always have to know that the customer is always right. I have the skill to work with people and understand the concept of the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.

Good space to excel and
My typical shift is 9 hour shift with current team mates and supportive colleagues. For the last three i have learn that success incorporates persistence and determination which helped excel in my role.

No work life balance. Managers are slave drivers.
I would not recommend the company for employment under current Top Management. Culture and values are non existent. Favouritism is alive and well. There is no interdepartmental cohesiveness.

Best place to work
My work place was great I enjoyed every aspect of it nothing was difficult yes when I first started it was hard but as time went the job got easier n easier to do the campany always had the best interest of the employee they did a lot to make us happy there that's what I loved the most about working there I learnt how to be professional and have fun at the same time

Great Learning experience, very, high pressure Environment
Working at WNS is been the biggest change in my life. Ive never had to adapt to such a big change before. The environment is high pressure and you have got be open to feedback, all the time, its not a monthly thing, its a all hour situation. But its built a person up really good, I find my self to be resillient and do really think above all i can take a lot, so ive been told numerouse times by my seniors, that is the truth. Within the business, honestly i learnt new things everyday
Pros: Half price Lunch, free training and all hour free life and career as well as financial advice.
