Brilliant opportunities

Working at WNS has been a great experience for me. In a typical day would include meetings, stats check, daily/monthly planning, quality checks, taking escalations(assisting customers), assisting agent with process knowledge gaps, training, coaching, providing feedback and motivating the staff. I have amazing relationships built with my co workers and we work really well together. My company has taught me how to thrive underpressure and embrace change. Moulding people is what I enjoy most about my job. The most challenging part is having to deal with different personalities but it helps because I'm always learning.

Pros: Great learning experiences and opportunity for growth
Cons: Long working hours and far to travel
