Explore a business opportunity and give the best In it

I deal with different people every minute at work, different characters and different queries from customers but still I have to remember I need to do my job and give in the best. Trust me it's not easy but I make it a point my NPS is good all the time.i have leant to treat every person as an individual, resolve any problem and make sure the customer is happy at the end of the day. I love being in control on the phone because it shows that I know what I am doing, also gives a customer hope that everything is going to be sorted.

Pros: I'd love to get a promotion once I know the in's and outs of the business
Cons: I don't mind working long hours even though it's tiring, I'm used to 10-11hours at the moment
