I can work under alot of pressure

Good day I have and IT Diploma qualification in communication networks I studied at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University . My strengths lie in my communication skills. I thrive in a challenging environment that allows my creative and innovative side to flourish. I am productive, well organized and can interact comfortably with people in a Multi-Cultural Environment. I work well under pressure and and stressful environments . I am always eager to learn and I can work independently with minimal or no supervision Above all I am team orientated, quality driven and reliable person. Through the experience I have obtained at Telkom and Internet Generation working with different groups of people. I also believe in the importance of excellent service delivery. I am determined, dedicated and passionate, with a strong desire to fix or solve problems. I believe in first call resolution

My experience have taught me to be calm,understanding,friendly,learn to put someone else before,be polite and use good vocabulary,flexibility, accurate and good capturing speed

I am dedicated, determined and a very confident person. I am a hard worker. I am not afraid to be challenged. Whatever I put mind to, I do it to the best of my ability. I am friendly. I can interact with a lot of different people from different backgrounds. I am flexible. I can be a team player and a leader as well. I am able to meet deadlines. Easy to adapt to a new environment.I am passionate about IT.c
