Fast learner and loyal to fault that won't break due to the fact I love learning new things everyday. I have experience in the call centre industry such as, I worked for Home Choice as a Sales Agent I worked at WNS for thier British Gas campaign.

Pros: I give it my all, I'm currently unemployed at the moment:(
Cons: I don't know how to say know when someone asks me for help with anything

Good to get some experience

It's ok to work there but don't stay long... Gain the experience and move on, there is no benefits. Long working hours and you only get 30 minutes lunch.

Pros: You get to speak with irate UK customers which you'll learner alot from.
Cons: Super long working hours

The company is ok but not much growth

I appreciate every experience one gains from companies that I have worked with and for, but if there is no growth within a company then it can be quite difficult climbing up the corporate ladder. I do however enjoy the British Gas campaign, simply because there is hardly any scripting to be read to loyal and hirate customers and I love having the most honest conversations with any customer to help them understand how any service(s) is rendered when there are so many different providers.

Pros: Gain experience
Cons: Long hours and little monthly income and no benefits
