Have been working for WM Spilhaus for 9+ years. Have good management skills. Good relationship with my staff. Have very good communication skills. In control with stock losses and have been driven by the passion of working and dealing with customers. Customer service is and will always be no 1 for me. Product knowledge is and was very important in my previous job. I am honest and hardworking always willing and able for new opportunities and challenges.

Excellent learning

Have learnt how to deal with difficult people, how to work under pressure and meet deadlines. I get on well with my co-workers and we work well as a team. The most challenging aspects of my job is to work under pressure and meet deadlines with proper time management. I can never plan my day as there are always alot of queries and following up to deal with from stores and customers. Everyday is never the same and that is what makes it interesting. I love dealing directly with customers and ensuring that they get excellent service.
