The CEO gets a lot of jobs coming in and only 4 techs to install every new job and puts major pressure on his employees and decides to swear at them when ever he wants to

Cons: If the job doesnt get finished in the day and you work overtime you don't get paid for it

Good company, good service and good team to work with

Making phone calls all day. Booking appointments for the boss thus bringing in the business. The boss is out most of the time on appointments and client issues. The office team is pleasant and a good atmosphere in a work environment.

Pros: No promotions or increases offered
Cons: commission is not given as promised
