Being able to accomodate different people to make a winning team.

We have a good relationship as workers and the most challenging day is the debit order day when we club together to get more debit orders to be on top of the game. Challenges are when we have no debit orders for the day. Our day is attending to queries telephonically and make those calls and admin work too.

A place where one can obtain experience

The environment and the co workers are great and we make sure to keep it that way since that is our second home, we have learnt to accept one another with our flaws and backgrounds.

Learned a lot about collections

Good company I just want to grow as a collector and meets new challenges reason for me to wanna leave wjvr and I need new challenges for me to grow and lead a team in future.

Great oppotunity to understand this industry even better(debt collection)

we are a team ,i learn to respect and listen to my debtors at all times .debtors whom does understant the rules and regulation of ncr/debts are a challenging aspect

Pros: i would like to grow due to levels to learn so that when opportunity show its self i would be ready for it.
Cons: i can do my work under any difficulties long hours not a problem as long as we reach our goal which is retrieving our debts (money)
