Opportunities to learn a lot in all aspects

It's offers a lot opportunities for various research in sexual health especially with regards to women health. We interact with young women on a daily basis and discuss they everyday struggles in terms of their sexuality and how they navigate their relationships with their partners.This in turn helps us to implement better health guidelines / policies for women so they can feel empowered.

Cons: Team building seminars are needed

A definite gain on Work experience.

Striving to impart knowledge to colleagues on a daily basis, including mentoring those who have been trained. Teamwork is always promoted. I have learned a great deal of management skills and perseverance. Teaching is my passion. The disadvantage is that one gets minimal preparation time, with no motivation, but when you love what you do, then it becomes worth it. Feels like one is overworked, but under paid, sadly.

Pros: Great opportunity to improve oneself with short and long courses, which some are provided by the company.
Cons: Pressure can be overwhelming with great expectations, with minimal monetary appreciation.
