A great start up for my career and an excellent learning curve.

The company had a great home like feeling, as a result i would say i was groomed and nurtured into a professional that works with great passion and dedication. My manager of seven years and i had a great relationship, he even allowed me to do my postgraduate studies. My degree is in social sciences and the company was a telecoms company, so my studies were completely different to what i did at work. I enjoyed leading a team of experts, there were no power struggles, we all understood that we had to work together. The most exciting thing about my job was that every day was different, we did not know what challenges mighty come up and i had to think on my feet. I had to come up with solutions and quickly as we had SLAs to adhere to.

Pros: There was always a challenge and i learnt so much.
Cons: Long working hours and having to be available 24 hours and 7 days a week.

Excellent skills

I am hard working person, l always work long hours and l like to start early at work to prepare everything beforehand and l always make sure that l complete what ever task that have been assigned to me on time. I never leave any stone unturned, l always make sure I finish what l have been assigned for. I always go extra mile and also use my initiative to do things and l work without supervision. My relationship with my colleagues were always great and full of happiness and flexibility. The most challenging aspects was when there is lot of work to be done and l had to finalise reports that is needed at that time. I enjoy my job because l knew exactly what l was doing.

Student majoring in Intetnational relayio

I am a very calm stable person with a tendency to calm an environment down . I love interacting and networking with people. Mt relationship with senior staff, top management and even to workers remain stable and respectful. I do not easily take offence to gossip or matters I focus on the work place and and my job. I enjoy caring for the elderly and children in distress and helping those overcome depression in life. The most challenging aspect I believe of any job is to understand people at all levels and to make sure deadlines are met and managers are satisfied with my work performance

Pros: Pros are connecting with people as I enjoy working with people snd learning new skills. I am open to change too.

Great people skills

d ti really enjoyed being tuotr especially the feeling of being able to help someone else with their studies so they can pass. A typical tutorial included myself as the tutor coordinating actives that were done by the students and ensuring that they submitted all their work. My day also included ensuring that the students were able to balance their social and academic lives so they can have a good mental health. They were great students and the supervisor was even better because she ensured that all the tutors had what they needed to perform their duties even when tutoring was taken online due to covid 19.utoring

Pros: Great opportunity to build my people skills.
Cons: Sometimes it clashed with meetings

Excellent people skills can communicate with other avoid conflicts at all time.

hard working good communicating skills team work learning new things everyday punctuality working in a good environment with my co-workers. good in working under pressure co-workers always available to assist when assisted needed work friendly relationship no conflicts or what so reeve team building to get to know our co-workers inspired to work hard and learn more

Self Motivated,Ambitious,Responsible and dedicated to what ever I do.

I have recently obtain Btech in Human Resources Management I consider my self to be very dedicated to what I do whether it's an individual or working with a group of people I posses administration , presentation and leaedership skills.I love and respoct working with my co-workers.mUm career has thought me alot I always and work according to the best of my ability.

Excellent learning and training

support system. Vast projects to work on, many great techniques to learn, supervision opportunities. But the work can get hectic, the work environment can get a bit overwhelming at times, and not the best support is available at a certain time.

Good Exprience givers

-The working hours is very flexible -I have a good working relationship with all of my colleagues -I have learnt a lot things like managing dean's diary mattings and -Taking minutes. -I enjoy taking calls managing diary and helping students and capturing data -Is taking minutes

Pros: lot of opportunities of learning a diffrent things.
Cons: place is too hectic during meetings

Potential for career development if one is willing to study further in the filed of research

daily recruitment of study participants, reviewing standard operating procedures. interacting with young people and adolescents and counselling them on health issues. Report writing to sponsors and regulatory bodies

Pros: promotion potential
Cons: no bonus
